Due to the perishable nature of many grocery items, not all products are eligible for return. However, we do allow returns or replacements under the following conditions:
The item received was damaged, spoiled, or defective at the time of delivery.
You received the wrong item or incomplete order.
The product is expired or near expiry upon delivery.

Our team will verify the issue and provide instructions for return or replacement based on the location and nature of the item.
If your return request is approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.
If you paid using cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as store credit or via a digital wallet transfer, depending on availability in your region.
We reserve the right to offer store credit or replacement instead of a cash refund based on product type and location.
We gladly ship across borders, but please note:
Perishable items may not be eligible for return from international addresses due to customs and hygiene restrictions.
In such cases, photo proof is required to assess eligibility for a refund or store credit.
Any import duties, taxes, or additional shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective:
Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables)
Dairy products
Frozen goods
Custom-packed or bulk items
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, cancellations may not be possible, especially for fresh or ready-to-ship items.
